Pool Heat and Hot Tub rental £99 / $170 per week.   

Reduced for June/July/August to £65 / $100 - must be pre-booked

(We would recommend pool heat between the months of October/April)

 

Hot Tub rental only, should you not require pool heat, is £30/$45 per week.

 

The above rates include taxes.  Cleaning is included for bookings of 7 nights or more.  Bookings of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning fee of £50/$75.

 

All prices are per week for the villa, and until confirmed are subject to change without notice.   When once confirmed there will be no additional increases.

 

Additional nightly rates are pro-rata the weekly rate and our minimum rental period is 3 nights.

 

Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or longer  – please enquire.

 

A non refundable deposit is required with booking form of £100/$150 per week. The balance is then due within 8 weeks of departure.

 

A security deposit of £200/$300 is required, payable with final balance and is normally returned (upon satisfactory inspection by our management company) within 3 weeks of departure.
