b) Payment by credit card authorisation form. This form will be forwarded to you prior to your final balance being due and requires the completion of your credit card details and authorisation that you agree to monies for any damage caused by yourselves being deducted from your credit card. It then has to be signed, dated and Faxed or mailed back to us.
