Being a two-story home and having vaulted ceilings and cathedral windows gives the living area a very light, airy, spacious and relaxed feel to it. It has a 31" Cable TV, DVD and CD system. One of the settees converts into a queen size bed.
The formal dining area leads onto the screened pool area through alarmed patio doors.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, hob, microwave and waste disposal, table and chairs.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a king-size bed, 19" cable TV with VCR and luxurious en-suite facilities.
There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, Cable TV and has magnificent views over the golf course. The two twin bedrooms also have Cable TV. There is a Playstation 2 in one of the twin rooms.
The 26' x 13' fully screened south-west facing pool features underwater lighting and fountain jets and also has a removable safety fence.
Comfortable sun loungers are provided together with patio furniture and there is a covered lanai giving shelter from the sun. Whilst sitting around the pool you can enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the 10th Fairway, flanked by pine trees at the bottom of the garden, which give more privacy yet without restricting the golf course view.
After a busy day at the parks enjoy the experience of our new for 2004 luxury 'Sovereign' Hot Tub, which seats 6 persons, manufactured by the renowned Hot Spring Co. It is Illuminated by 5 different colours to set the mood for the evening. Just simply lay back and relax whilst the 23 jets massage your back, neck and feet.
Our games area is equipped with pool table, foosball, air hockey and magnetic darts, to add even more choice to the facilities available, whilst still allowing use of this room as a garage if required.
